A month ago I posted a happy review of VisTablet's excellent customer service. Well, a month later the pen hasn't arrived and there is no new tracking information.
I made this point via email to the last person who contacted me at VisTablet. Just like last time I had an immediate response from a nice representative who reordered my pen and apologized. So far VisTablet has been great at customer service and not so hot on delivering the goods.
